Message from Principal:
Dear MAE Families,
How is it May already?!?! This year has just flown by. We only have a few weeks left, but we are going to do all we can make the time we have left count.
I hope you and your family have amazing summer plans. Do save some time to read and complete your work packets. We are open all summer except for the week of July 4th, so don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Be on the lookout for a summer newsletter from Dr. Epting and PTO that will be mailed out mid-July. It will contain important back-to-school dates such as Meet the Teacher and more information about the 24-25 school year. Be sure to check out the PTO Facebook page for dates as well.
I want to thank each of you for the love. Thank you for the laughs. Thank you for the support. Most of all, thank you for some of the greatest memories of my career! To all our second grade families that will leave MAE, once an Avenue Jaguar, always an Avenue Jaguar. I’ll always consider you and me a part of MAE family.

Principal Appreciation Day was last week, but we appreciate Dr. Philley every day! Thank you Dr. Philley for pouring your heart and soul into Madison Avenue. We are excited for your new adventure, but we will certainly miss you next year!!

Let's celebrate our students!!
UPDATE: THIS WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 15!!! ALL OTHER DETAILS REMAIN THE SAME!
We hope you will join us to cheer on the students and staff members of Madison Avenue Elementary and Madison Avenue Upper Elementary as they parade around our back loop in celebration of our outstanding academic achievement. We ask that all dress in orange and blue to show that Avenue Jag Pride!

Thank you to everyone who donated for Teacher Appreciation Week! We were able to treat our amazing teachers to delicious snacks and treats all week, including fun happies and gift cards!! Thank you to our amazing volunteers who made it all happen and special thanks to Revell Ace Hardware in Madison for donating the sodas and waters and to Southern Print Company for donating and delivering Soulshine Pizzas!!
